ZIPPYTECH.COM BILLING , USAGE POLICY , & PRODUCT RETURN POLICY

Obtaining an RA Number: Please contact your account executive within 15 of purchase for a Return Authorization (RA) number before returning your product to Zippytech.com. No returns of any type will be accepted without a RA number. For faster service, please have the following information on hand when calling for an RA number: customer name, order number, item number and serial number and the reason for the return.

Shipping charges: Original shipping charges are not refundable. Shipping charges on returned products are the responsibility of the customer. Zippytech.com will match the shipping method and pay for shipping charges on replacement or exchange products. We strongly recommend you fully insure your return shipment in case of loss or damage.

All refused orders will be subject to a restocking fee. Shipping charges are not refundable. In addition, refused orders may be subject to additional shipping charges to cover the cost of returning the products.
A minimum restock fee of 15% may be applied to products returned as defective that test to be operational upon return. Additionally, any return that has missing accessories or is incomplete in packaging will be subject to the minimum 15% restock fee.
All late, non-defective, and/or incomplete returns are subject to minimum 15% restocking fee. All late, non-defective and/or incomplete returns will be refunded the lower of either the purchase price or current product price.

Special Order items are ordered according to the customer's specifications. In some instances of return or order cancellation, a restocking charge of 15% will apply. Shipping charges are none refundable.

Labor,Service, Install charges are never refundable. This includes all cable and wireless installs.

Wireless Policy, Wireless installs have a 7 day return policy. If prior to the 7 days Zippytech.com will refund and remove equipment and return a full refund with in 6 to 8 weeks. After 7 days the Service is active and non-refundable. Equipment removal will be up to the customer. Zippytech.com maybe be interested in buying back the equipment in good working order, keep in mind our technologies move fast so this equipment maybe not be reused and buy back price maybe much lower. Customer may need to buy additional equipment as technology changes, and or to maintain signal as wireless signals change due to antenna changes, growing trees or other objects. Radio interference may render the connection useless at any time, Zippytech.com has no control over unlicensed radio and does not make any warranty against it. All Equipment holds a 90 day manufacture warrentee, equipment failure beyond 90 days will will be responsible for replacement by the wireless subscriber.

Web Hosting Services and Policy, All customers are responsible for their web sites, data and content, Zippytech.com Is not responsible for any loss of data, downtime, stolen data, All Data is provided By the customer Zippytech.com does not provide content for customer sites. Zippytech.com Will only publish the data provided by the customer, and this is only for a Managed Accounts.

Phone Charges:
 Zippytech provides each customer with a dialup number for our online access at the time of signup; it is the customers’ responsibility to verify that this number is a toll free call from the telephone line being used to connect to Zippytechs internet. Zippytech bears no responsibility for long distance charges for dialup connections, as it is the direct responsibility of each customer to know their own calling plan and area with their phone company and to let us know if the number provided is not a toll free local call.
 
Time limits and acceptable use: 
A standard account at Zippytech provides access to the www for browsing or uploading, and emailing. A connection held by automated methods, or by checking email is prohibited, and warrants termination of connection or account suspension.
Zippytech accounts of unlimited monthly access, to ensure that violations are not taking place, a connection will automatically be disconnected after (3) hours of inactivity. Inactivity is when no activity is detected by Zippytech, pinging the mail server on timed basis and auto dialer are not considered activity, and are prohibited.
Circulation, communication or storage space of any material in violation of any applicable law or regulation. This includes, without limitation, material protected by copyright, trademark, trade secret or other logical property right used without proper authorization, and material that is obscene, derogatory, constitutes an illegal threat, or violates export control laws.
Unauthorized access to or use of data, systems or networks, including any attempt to search, scan or test the vulnerability of a system or network authorization of the owner of the system or network.
Unauthorized monitoring of information or traffic on any network or system without articulate authorization of the owner of the system or network.
Forging of any TCP-IP packet header or any part of the header information in an email
Sending unsolicited mail/Usenet messages, including the sending of ‘junk mail’ or other advertising material to individuals who did not specifically request such material. This includes, but is not limited to, bulk mailing of commercial advertising, informational announcements, and political tracts. A user shall not use another site’s mail or Usenet servers to relay messages without the express permission of the site.
Obtaining or attempting to obtain service by any means or device with intent to avoid payment.
Spam websites are forbidden. Generating SPAM from within our network infrastructure or replaying spam through machines housed on our network is forbidden.
Unauthorized attempts by a user to gain access to any account or computer resource not belonging to that user (‘cracking”) including any unauthorized access, modification, annihilation, or any attempt thereof, of any information of any Zippytech customers or end-user by any means or device.
Interference with service to any user, host or network including, without limitation, mail bombing, flooding, deliberate attempts to overload a system and broadcast attacks.
Using Zippytech products and services to interfere with the use of the Zippytech network by other customers or authorized users. The Acceptable Use Policy is not complete and Zippytech reserves the right to modify the Acceptable Use Policy at any time.
No credits will be issued for any interruption in service resulting from policy violations.
Knowingly engage in any activities that will cause a denial-of-service (synchronized number sequence attacks) whether on the Zippytech network or on another providers network.
 
 
Acceptable Usage of PPP Accounts:
PPP accounts are the most basic service Zippytech offers to our customers. It is also the most abused account. Dialup accounts are used on a “DIALUP” basis, meaning they are used only as needed and in no way are intended to be operating 24 hours a day on an continuing connection. The account may be accessed as little or as much as a customer needs, however Zippytech has strict definitions of how that service is determined.
The service may be used for www browsing and uploading our commercial web servers.
The account may be used for reading, sending electronic email.
PPP accounts cannot be used as a commercial avenue or connection for a dedicated server site to the internet.
PPP accounts cannot be accessed simultaneously by multiple users using the same username.
PPP accounts holders cannot use automated processes such as checking email, auto dialers or pinging our host to maintain a constant connection.
 
All accounts will be disconnected automatically within 3 hours of inactivity. This time is subject to change. Electronic or mechanical means to avoid an inactivity disconnect are strictly prohibited. Electronic or mechanical includes: pinging the mail server: electronic or software auto dialer features to maintain an active connection: repetitive checks for email by auto login to the mail server. Abuse of these conditions and others not identified can result in a customer having their account disabled until the process is stopped. Continued abuse may result in a customer’s account being disabled and all previous agreements rendered null and void.
 
 
Monthly Billing Period
 The billing commences on the first day of sign up. The bill is due 10 days after sign up. Our billing goes out through email. If you are using another email besides Zippytech, you need to let the Zippytech know.
We do use the US postal system for a fee of $.37 per statement. You are responsible for all charges on your account regardless if you receive your email statement.
 
Cash/Check/Money Order Customers:
Your due date is 5 days after initial signup. There after you have a 10 day grace period. Unless you have signed up for 3, 6 or 12 month plan. Then you are due at the 3, 6 or 12 month date, unless you are informed otherwise by Zippytech. All accounts have a due date of 10 days from the date of renewal. When mailing payment please include your username on your check/money order.
 
Credit Card Customers:
Your card will automatically be deducted based on your monthly, 3, 6 or 12 month plan. Unless you are only using it for startup purposes. If you decide to switch to a cash/check/money order customer you need to let Zippytech know before your next billing cycle, otherwise your card will automatically be charged for the full month, 3, 6 or 12 month plan. It is the customers’ responsibility to let Zippytech know of any changes or to updated information on credit card information (new card, expiration date, name changes…)
 
Late Payments:
 Late payments of 10 days or more, at our discretion will become deactivated, and a $5.00 fee for reactivation will be charged.
 
Non Sufficient Checks:
 Any person that has a check returned due to non sufficient funds in their account, or a check returned for any reason will be subject to deactivation of the account, and a Returned check fee of $25.00. For reactivation of your Zippytech Account you will pay a $10.00 reactivation fee, and a month in advance for Internet, and this must be done in person with cash/money order/ or cashiers check.
 
Cancellation Policy:
 If you would like to cancel your account with Zippytech you must do so before your next billing statement. You must email, or call your cancellation in. If no written or called in request is received at Zippytech you are responsible for the accruing balance and any past due amount.

Refunds :
If you are not fully satisfied with your internet service, you are entitled to a full refund within the first two weeks of service from your initial date of signup, provided your account has been cancelled in writing within this same two weeks. Zippytech does not provide refunds, either full or partial, to any customer that wishes to close their account at any point beyond two weeks from the initial date of signup. This stipulation does include all 3, 6, and 12 month plans.
 
 Downtime:
 No refunds will be given for downtime.
 
 Waiver:
 The subscribers of Zippytech Internet waive any claim against Zippytech for any responsibility or liability for any losses or damages caused by use of software or information that the subscriber obtains from the internet, or email.
 Zippytech Internet accepts no responsibility for any actions of its subscribers and will co-operate with all legal authorities to investigate and resolve any illegal activities that take place through Zippytech Internet Services.
  
Technical Support:
 Zippytech offers free technical support to customers with the setup and configuration of Zippytech internet accounts, and email. Once the account as been connected to our internet service successfully, Zippytech is not responsible for maintenance of your internet software / or email. Zippytech is not responsible for the performance of services provided by organizations other than Zippytech, which includes quality of phone lines, and make up of computer used.
 
Fee based Technical Support:
 Zippytech offers our clients Onsite Computer Repair, with the minimum fee starting at $35.00. If services is needed that day a fee of $75.00 is charged regardless of situation encounter at site. Next day service is $50.00. These fees DO NOT include parts if needed.
 
Modification of terms:
 Zippytech Internet has the right to modify the terms outlined at any time without notice.
