Account setup is simple if you are having trouble check this 1st.
Dialup settings
user ID is your user ID
pass is the password you gave us, make sure you retype it even if windows shows it.
If your account is pass due more than likely the system has kicked you out, you will need to pay your bill.
This is a windows 98 setup, other versions of windows will be similar
Ok Start Here
you should see this. open dial-up networking.
Here you can make a new connection or modify an old one., Note there should only be 2 icon, delete the others.
To modify right click on the mouse and hit properties.
you should see this.
Enter the Number that was given to you, then click on server types. you should see this.
only 2 boxes should have a check, uncheck the others if they are checked. then click TCP/IP settings you should see this.
please make sure that yours have the same check marks. then just click ok on the windows to close and save.
